
Museum of Automobiles – Morrilton, Arkansas. The first Museum of Automobiles in Arkansas was established by Arkansas Governor Winthrop Rockefeller in 1964 where his collection of Antique & Classic Automobiles were shown until in 1975 the collection was sold and the building and grounds donated to the State of Arkansas.The Museum was reopened in 1976 with cars on loan from collectors around the country and now has a permanent collection of thirty cars. There is also a display of Antique Guns and Automobile related memorabilia.

There are also cars for sale, they of course change when some are sold and others are put in the list so check with the museum for the most current listing.
The Museum hosts a Fall Swap Meet the fourth week in September with proceeds going to the Museum of Automobiles. There are also arts and crafts and car accessories available.
The other annual event is the June Show which is held the week of Fathers Day.
Museum Hours: 10 – 5 all year except on Christmas Day when it is closed.
Cost: Adults: $7, students: $3.50 (ages 6-17), Seniors 65 and over: $6.50, these prices do not include tax. Children under 6 with their parents are admitted free.
